In addition to loving children, our teachers must have the following qualifications:

1. A four-year college degree
2. Specific training in either the Orton-Gillingham or Wilson approach to reading and
 language training.
3. Great organizational skills.
4. A desire to learn and grow.
5. A positive attitude toward students and fellow employees.
